Information we collect
The intake form on this site collects your name, email address, and optional phone number, along with any context you choose to share about your annuity contract. We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, or financial credentials at intake. If you proceed to a paid engagement, we will later collect a copy of your annuity statement through a secure upload portal.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about your inquiry, to deliver the appraisal you have engaged us to produce, and to comply with regulatory record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with insurance carriers or with any party that compensates us based on what you buy.
Security
Records are stored in an encrypted database. Statement files, when collected, are stored in encrypted object storage and served only via short-lived signed URLs to authenticated viewers. Every read of personal information is audit-logged.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccuracies, or request deletion subject to regulatory retention requirements. Contact us via the email address on this site to exercise these rights.
